How to Track Your Order
Find Your Tracking Number
- Log in to your account and go to the Order Details page.
- You can also find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
Copy the Tracking Number
- Once you locate your tracking number, copy it for easy access.
Track Your Package
- Click on your tracking number in the email—it will redirect you to the tracking website.
- If the link doesn’t open, go to 4PX or your assigned carrier’s website.
Enter & Search
- Paste the tracking number into the tracking field and click "Track" to view real-time updates.
- If the website appears in another language, switch it to English for easier navigation.
Troubleshooting Tracking Issues
My tracking number isn't working.
Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to update in the system. If it’s still not working after that time, please try again later.
My package says "Delivered," but I don't have it.
Don't worry! This can happen sometimes. Before reaching out, please:

Check with neighbors or household members.

Look in other spots around your property, like a back door or behind a bush.

Contact your local post office. You can also call USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) or file a case online.
My package hasn't moved for several days.
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed. If it's been more than 3 business days without any movement, please contact us for assistance.
My tracking number says "Returned to Sender."
This usually happens if the address was incomplete or incorrect. Please review the detailed tracking information, and then contact us so we can help you resolve the issue.
